Returns & Exchanges:

We are as excited as you about your order! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, simply return items that have not been worn, altered or washed. All tags must be attached.

Upon receipt of returned goods, Presenza reserves the right to deny refund of merchandise that does not meet return policy requirements.

To exchange an item for a new size or color, please return the item you do not want. Please indicate on the packing slip the new item for which you would like to exchange. Otherwise, place a new order directly on www.shoppresenza.goodsie.com and we will credit you upon receiving the item.
